49SMD crystal is a surface mount crystal resonator, a type of quartz crystal resonator. It works by utilizing the piezoelectric effect of quartz crystal, that is, when an electric field is applied to the two surfaces of the quartz crystal, the shape of the crystal will change slightly, thereby generating mechanical vibration. The frequency of this mechanical vibration is very stable and can be converted into an accurate clock signal. It uses surface mount technology (SMD). Compared with traditional plug-in crystal resonators, it has a smaller size and is more suitable for automated production. It can achieve high-density installation in limited circuit board space. The frequency deviation is usually between ±10ppm-±30ppm, and high-precision products can reach within ±10ppm. It has the characteristics of high-precision frequency stability, low power consumption, anti-electromagnetic interference, small size and high-density packaging, and high reliability.
