This is a thick film hybrid oscillator circuit capable of producing TTL output characteristics, which utilizes crystal control and operates over a frequency range of 13.700kHz to 160.000MHz.
This circuit can drive up to 10 TTL loads. The input voltage is 3.3 VDC ±5%, making it ideal for battery/portable applications. Device packages are 8- or 14-pin DIP-compatible, grounded to reduce RFI,
and use resistance-soldered metal packaging.
