POSC3225 is a surface mount ceramic SMD crystal oscillator with low power consumption and Tri-state function. It is a general-purpose +5.0V HCMOS oscillator that optimizes the characteristics under single gate drive/low load conditions. It is suitable for applications such as PC, peripherals, vision, FA equipment, etc. Its size is 3.2×2.5×1.2mm,it has 6pad, supports 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V operating voltage, and has a three-state enable/disable function. Typical applications include WLAN/WiMax, mobile phones, DSC, set-top boxes, HDTV, etc.
