A-CRYSTAL's 3mm×9mm MHz quartz crystal resonator(Φ3.0×9.0mm metal package) supports Fundamental/3rd/5th Overtone modes with 4.000-6.000MHz frequency range and ±10ppm to ±50ppm tolerance(at 25℃±3℃). Features include: customizable load capacitance(from 6pF), excellent temperature stability(±30ppm~±50ppm), wide operating temperature(-20℃~70℃, extendable to -40℃~85℃), 100μW drive level(max 200μW), ≥500MΩ insulation resistance(100VDC), and ±5ppm/year aging(first year). Ideal for industrial controls, automotive electronics and communication equipment. RoHS compliant with AEC-Q200 options available.
